Keep it Simple
Do you remember back when you first began CrossFit (or anything else for that matter)… you had something I’ve heard referred to in my Zen training as “beginners mind“. You sucked up information like a sponge, you couldn’t get enough of it, things were exciting, fresh, fun – you were open, eager and free of all your preconceived notions about how things “should” be. What a great state of mind! It serves us all to stay open, eager, excited and willing to try new fun, fresh things… Can you think of how that could possibly apply to your initial reaction to the No S Diet?
