Keeping track

There are so many different areas around which we train – and so many different workouts we have to keep track of. It’s definitely impossible to do it all in your head… and difficult to do even when you’re writing it all down. We created our Workout Log Forum in our discussion forum to give you a place to keep track of your workouts, but one of the things I was having trouble with was keeping track of my own PRs. So – we just created a PR (personal record) Forum. Check it out. Create your spot – and keep track of all your best efforts – in whatever you want. Let us know what you think.
