1. Our Success Journal – the CFLA training bible for old school written notes for workouts, food, benchmarks and a ton of Paleo & Zone nutrition info.
2. Our discussion forums where you can create your own thread and keep track of everything.
More recently, one of our more skilled computer programming wizards, Anastasia Z, went to work on a Facebook app to allow you to keep track of specific benchmark workouts, girls, heroes, lifts, etc. She’s done an AWESOME job with it… and as you can see from the screen shot above, it is still in “beta”.
