“Clean the Yard”Congratulations to our visitors from Crossroads high school last week, who joined us for a CrossFit workout! All of them are athletes in a variety of sports, but had never done CrossFit before. Not only did they get their first CrossFit experience…but they did “Helen”! They did a great job and were great sports, too. Hope to see some of you back in the future!
