CrossFit Tic-Tac-ToeWe have a few families here at CFLA that are ALL enrolled in CrossFit — the parents in the adult program and the kids in the kids program. But, even if the whole family isn’t officially doing CrossFit, it almost always becomes a family affair. I hear stories from parents all the time of how their children have them doing obstacle courses in the living room and squats in the back yard. When kids are having fun, it is their natural inclination to share it and have even more fun. Take some time to let your kids show you what they love about CrossFit!
