Obstacle Course – Escape the Haunted Pirate Ship!While being active is one important component of being fit and healthy, getting REST is an equally important component. Make sure your kids are taking time to sit still, sleep, drink lots of water and recover. Kids, like us adults, can wind up over-scheduled and stressed out. Maybe take some time as a whole family to sit together and relax!
