CrossFit Tic-Tac-ToeThe modern world can make it hard on a kid. When I grew up in the country it was easy enough for my mother to kick me and my brother outside and let us run around all day long. We would come home exhausted and too tired to misbehave. These days, living in the city and with all the dangers that go with city living, it is just not that easy to tire your kids out. Too much kid energy in a small space is a recipe for stress, for everybody involved! Exercise is a great way to get kids healthy and to use up all that energy in a positive, productive way that benefits the whole family.
