You are part way through the holidays, but one more week to go until CFLA Kids reopens on January 3rd. What should you do to stay committed to your fitness? I have an idea!
Let’s pick something we are going to do every day. Grab a piece of paper and a pencil and write down what exercises you think you could do every day between now and next Monday that will help you practice for CrossFit. I think I may do 20 squats every day. What are you going to do?
