Attempt to set 2-3 personal records in events listed on our new leaderboard!Sometimes when things scare us it feels like the easiest thing to do is just walk away. Trying new things in CrossFit Kids can feel that way, too. Maybe it’s scary to do something new — you wonder if you’ll be able to do it, if everyone else can do it, and if you might fall and hurt yourself. I look forward to scary things, though, because I know on the other side of the scariness is something really good. When you do something new and realize it’s not so scary after all, it feels like a big accomplishment and you get to be proud of yourself!
