5 Hang Power Snatch(95/65)
5 Back Squats
5 Behind-the-Neck Snatch-Width Push Jerks
5 Overhead SquatsAs you’ve walked through our tall room at the gym, have you ever caught a glimpse of our CFLA Kids classes? Better yet, have you ever wondered for a moment if you might enjoy being a part of the CFLA Kids staff?

If so, read on!

The Kids program is currently looking for an intern to help with administrative duties as well as some creative projects that are part of the kids curriculum. Like the adult program here at CFLA, I am always evolving and building the kids program. I am looking for somebody who loves CrossFit, loves the idea of sharing CrossFit with kids, is good with a computer, and who can think independently, but take good notes and direction. The hours are minimal and flexible. Sometimes you’ll be at a computer…sometimes you’ll be taping funny colored papers to the walls.
