5 Push Press (95/65)You’ve no doubt seen the room where we hold our kids classes. You’ve probably noticed the colorful decorations, the funny names for the movements, and the fact that they can perform bar hangs for ridiculously long periods of time. But do you know what the kids program actually consists of?
Classes — We teach group classes for the age groups of 5-8 and 9-12. Classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Classes include instruction on exercises, nutrition, vocabulary, sportsmanship, communication, teamwork and a whole lot more. It’s not just a downsized version of the grown up classes. It’s a very special environment created for a wonderfully special population.
Private Lessons — We teach private lessons for children ages 3-17. Whether your child is a little behind and needs to catch up on their motor skills or is an athlete who wants to take it to the next level, we have coaches who can work with them.
Special Events/Birthday Parties — We do one-time private classes and birthday parties! We have hosted teams from local schools for field trips and held birthday parties for kids of various ages. Imagine if YOU got to play games, do CrossFit and eat pizza? How fun would that be?
