Turkish Get Ups – 1-1-1

As many rounds as possible in 5 min:

10 SquatsDid you know CFLA is kind of a big deal? You know, when you’re working somewhere it’s not always good manners to go around bragging about yourself. But now that I’m a thousand miles away, I feel like I have free reign to tell everybody how awesome the population at CFLA is and in particular the coaching staff and coaches-to-be. The CFLA community is so awesome, in fact, that I consider them one of the best resources I can go to when looking for talent to involve in my current project, So in case you don’t know, some of your fellow classmates have been moonlighting as writers (and some old school and former CFLAers, too.) And they’re all pretty darn awesome at it. Check it out, you might learn something you didn’t know about health and fitness, and about them!
