Many of you who have joined us recently have heard of this thing we refer to as a “kip,” but you may not know what it is or exactly how to do one. The following video gives great instruction – even for those of you who already have a good kip. As you watch, you’ll see Adrian refer to the swinging of the lets… make sure you also notice Rob’s shoulder swing happening simultaneously.
