How it works
When you come in for your workout on one of the days listed you will see a Kitchen Karate booth.
Stop by and take their Eat-Right Skills Evaluation Test. It’s a multiple-choice quiz you can do on your phone in under five minutes. When you finish they will review your results with you and tell you the one thing you personally can do to improve at eating right, right away.
If you’re interested you should arrive 10-15 minutes early or plan to stay after your workout.
It’s quick, fun, and impactful. Worth checking out.
