Did You Know …?

Did you know that the Whole Life Challenge 2015 starts in ONE WEEK, and the baseline will be a fun blowout at the gym this time? Of course you did! On Tuesday we’ll post another blog on what to expect on Saturday the 17th, but until then get yourself, your friends and family registered on team CrossFit Los Angeles. And yes, your friends and family are totally welcome to join the fun at our WLC Baseline.

We’re bringing in the Body Fat Truck both days — the baseline and at the finals on March 14th — so you can use this invaluable tool to track your WLC body measurement progress. It will be exciting to see how you’ve improved here over the course of 8 weeks. The truck will be at the gym from 7am to 1pm, with appointments every 10min. The sign up sheets are up at the gym and we are offering the tests at cost to all who are registered with team CrossFit Los Angeles.

Did you also know that we’ve been posting “Did You Know” posts explaining some newer WLC rules? Look for them on Instagram and Facebook. If you still have questions after checking out the posts and after looking at these rules and these ones online, please feel free to ask any questions in the comments of these blog posts or the other social media posts’ comments. You can also ask any CFLA coach if you have WLC questions. So, ask away, inform yourself, and get prepared for your and our best challenge yet.
