30 Pull Ups Today’s workout, “Jackie”, is one that, for a good time, requires being smart about when to go hard and when to keep it easy. This means knowing what you’re good at and using your strengths to your advantage. If you’re a metcon machine, go ahead and hit it hard right out of the gate, but if not, going hard on the row will really only do one thing – keep you from going hard in the thrusters and the pull ups. Being smart about your rowing pace is critical to a great time for this WOD.

Share your strategy for today, and your prediction for your time (whether you’ve done it before or not). I predict a sub 7 for me… not my PR, but not too slow either.
