Monday’s Workout
Trevor Win-E
With a team of 4 and no more than 2 people working at a time, complete, for time:
300 Pull ups
400 Push ups
500 Sit ups
600 Squats

… and coming Tuesday
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
6 dumbbell push press (55/35)
100m dumbbell farmer’s carry
24 squats
May today, the last real day of summer, be filled for you and your family with lots of good rest, relaxation, friends, family, fun and cheer. Oh… and if you’re coming in to CFLA for a little CrossFit Trevor Win’E… may it be filled with plenty of energy, strength & speed!
