AND COMING WEDNESDAY (CAP)
PRACTICE

A) 3 x 3 DL; each set on the 4:00
3 DL @ 90-92.5%
B) EMOM 5 Chin-ups
Max effort set chin-ups (adv. CTB)
C) 3 rounds – each for time (start each on the 6:00)
