100m RunCalling all CFLA women — remember THIS Friday is LADIES NIGHT! Starting at 8:00pm, the women are taking over CFLA. This is a chance for us all to get to know each other better. As women we have unique challenges and common interests in regards to fitness. Join us for a casual evening of fun and conversation!

If you’d like to attend (and you’re not a boy), please sign up on the bulletin board at the gym or email Indicate whether you are bringing drinks or an appetizer (and yes, desserts are okay, too!).

The party starts at 8:00pm and will go until whenever!
