– Rest interval between each is equal to the work time of each sprint.In yesterday’s WOD, we all determined our back squat one rep max. This is an important first step… because next week, we are embarking on a 12-week journey together. One that will take us all to new places in relation to our ability to move large loads a long distance. Each week for the next 12 will include one workout that follow’s Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program for back squats. For those of you participating, the most important part of these 12 weeks is consistency and commitment. To really get the results, you must be committed to not missing even one week of your back squat strength workouts. If you can’t come on a day that we’re doing it… figure out a way to get in here on another day that week – or do it on your own.

I, for one, am stoked… I’d love to add 50 pounds to my back squat. Anyone else?
