A) Squat Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

B) In 10 min, complete a 1 mile run then complete as many Muscle-ups as possible
– Scale to max reps of pull-ups if students don’t have muscle-ups

AND COMING MONDAY
TRAINING

A) Back Squat 5-5-5
3x max effort sets Handstand Pushup
-Working at ~80% of 1RM
-Alternate between BS and HSPU

B) 4 rounds, for reps
In 3 min, complete
500m row
Max Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/24)
-3 min rest between roundsHave YOU ever felt irrelevant? That’s the experience I’m having right now… it’s Friday at 1pm… I didn’t write a blog post last night, nor did one post for Friday, for the first time in about 5 years. And not one person has made mention of it yet today! I was sitting on my couch last night playing guitar, thinking I’ll write it “in a few minutes”, when, at the same moment, I got really sleepy. I laid back on the couch, and fell sound asleep… woke up in a daze… got a GREAT night’s sleep… and got half way through today without realizing, HEY… I forgot to post a blog. And my next thought was, And nobody noticed! Wonder how long it would have taken before I got an email.

Well, anyway, it’s good to know that life still goes on even without my blog post! Hope you all have a GREAT weekend, and have fun, like me, eliminating the sugar, wine, and grain while getting started with the Whole Life Challenge!
