1 Handstand push-ups/ 2 pull-upsI think one of the great things about CrossFit is it brings us back to feeling like kids, back to when things were new and exciting. It gives us that feeling of accomplishment and that desire to call out, “Look, Ma!” and show off what we’ve done. There are so many things I have done since starting CrossFit I never would have done otherwise, things I did not know existed or were even things to be done. When I started CrossFit, I just wanted to get strong for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I had never run a 5K before CrossFit. I had never done a pull up with no assistance. I had never overhead squatted my bodyweight or knew to even have it as a goal.

What things have you accomplished since starting CrossFit? What unexpected accomplishments have shown up for you?
