Lose it!

One of the most effective ways to lose weight is to keep track of how much you are eating. This means weighing, measuring and generally being aware of the food that you put in your body, and it also means writing it all down. The most effective method for doing this is… drum roll, please… the one that you’ll actually use – duh! OK, I know this sounds pretty stupid, but the worlds most advanced log book without regular entries, is essentially worthless. For those of you that are technology geeks and have iPhones, there is a really cool, FREE iPhone app called Lose It! that you might want to check out (thank you, Elina, for bringing it to our attention!) For everyone else, you can download our food log worksheet, or keep track of your food in our discussion forums.
