Making the Impossible, Possible


We have a seminar coming up later this month on Brain Training, overcoming obstacles/parameters that hold you back. It’s an area that, without addressing it directly, any CrossFitter is in the practice of experiencing on a regular basis… that is going beyond the point at which you thought you had to stop, beyond the possible. Think of the other areas of your life in which you have limiting beliefs about what is or isn’t possible. What if you were able to let go of just one of those beliefs that holds you back? Do you think you’d be able to achieve something that you couldn’t have otherwise? Check out this clip – it’s long, but I was glued to it until the very end.
