A muscle up is a movement that requires a tremendous amount of upper body strength and neuromuscular coordination. It begins at the hang on rings, pulling your body up in a pull up, transitioning to a bent-arm support position and pressing up to full support. Matt is demonstrating a method of practicing the muscle up with rubber band assistance.
