Might as well JUMP!

The box jump is one of those movements that takes a bunch of athletic skills combined (speed, accuracy, coordination, power and balance) in order to successfully “land it”. It also takes concentration and commitment. I should know… last week, while on my first of 8 sets of 15 jumps (to a 36″ box), I lost my focus for a split second and carved a chunk out of my right shin! OUCH! And then went on to finish the workout. In the world we live in, you can possess all the skills (or potential) needed to be successful, however, without the concentration, focus and commitment required to execute, your potential means nothing.
