Mix It Up

The last few weeks we’ve prioritized some longer pieces for Competition and Mental Toughness Days. In the coming weeks you’ll see some shorter ones like Thursday’s workout – a combo of modest weight deadlifts and raw vertical jumping.  Additionally, Tuesday’s Franklin Hill variation reinforces both a tough mindset (handling all those demons that running seems to bring up…) and the ability to sustain output.  In my view and in many ways this is the best cycle yet – the key is keeping your balance between things you consider goats and things you simply love…
