Getting your first muscle up, unassisted, is a big deal. It’s a move that takes time to develop the strength in the pull ups and dips, and to develop the neurological coordination to simply do the movement. Gretchen has been working on hers for the past year… and on Friday, got her first two unassisted (the video below is of her second one – the first looked even better.) Congratulations, Gretchen!
