What you might not know is that 3 weeks ago, I started a training program with 14 volunteers (thanks to all of you that put it out there to your friends and family) that were willing to take on the Fire Your Gym 9-week training program for a “test drive”. As part of the training program, we started a blog, www.fireyourgymbook.com, so that all of the participants can document their progress with the program.
The participants are located all over the country, all are from different walks of life, range in age from 24 to 61, and are at very different starting levels of fitness. They are just getting started with the third week of the program and are all experiencing many of the aches and pains associated with starting a new program with higher intensity workouts.
Check it out – I’m sure they’d all love to know that they’re not alone on this journey.
