25 Box Jumps (30/24)
50 Pull Ups
100 Wall Ball (20/14)
200 Double Unders
400m run (w/ 45#/25# plate)Excuses – we’ve all got ’em… and with each, we have a choice: 1. Listen, and let them dictate our actions, stopping us in our tracks; or 2. Acknowledge them, and do what we need to do anyway because it’s the right thing to do.
