New Classes at Oak Park!

New Classes and Schedule
Starting March 1st, Oak Park will be offering a lot of new classes! These classes are included/counted in your regular memberships….now, get on them!
YOGA-ISH….Monday’s at 8:00AM 
Even if you are new to Yoga, Coach Diz’s classes will be scaled to all levels of experience. With            down to earth movements and flows, this class will greatly enhance your mood and mobility!
MOBILITY / RECOVERY…Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 7:30PM and on Saturday’s at 7:00AM
You’ve asked for it and your go it!  Spend an hour of your day, creating space, unsticking problem areas and restoring ….so you can perform at your very best!
NOTE: these classes will REPLACE the previous 7:30PM classes on Tues & Thurs.
BREATH CLASSES...Saturday’s and Sunday’s at 11:15AM
Underlying and unifying, your breath is the very essence of who you are and what you can achieve.  Come and experience the emotional, mental and physical…transformative art of learning to regulate your breath!
RUNNING CLASSES…Tuesday’s at 6:30AM and Thursday’s at 5:30PM
Finally, we will have dedicated running classes!  Come join coach Char and Jamie down in Palisades Park (Bluffs along Ocean Ave.) for a variety of running drills and workouts.  All levels are welcome!  Please come early to find parking in the neighborhood, dress warm and bring some water/fuel if needed.  MEETING LOCATION HERE (On the Grass at the corner of Montana Ave. & Ocean Ave.)
