My New Favorite Salad

Today I share with you my lunch I’ve eaten two days in a row. I love this salad so much I’m repeating it and sharing it with you all!

Whats in it you ask?
1/2 bag arugula
1 small zucchini – zoodled
1 small kumato tomato
1/4 red bell pepper
1 carrot
7 Kalamata Olives
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup garbanzo beans seasoned with zatar
5 sugar snap peas
Olive Oil, salt and Goddess dressing from Trader Joes
Toss and enjoy!
