Nina’s Quest

This is Nina. Maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago she couldn’t do a single double under. None. Zero. Nada. Zip. Not one. Not even close. I don’t think she’d mind me telling you that she was actually really bad at them. Then one day she had a little breakthrough. She got a little purchase on it and didn’t let go. She immediately started practicing (a lot) and setting goals for herself. Yesterday she did a workout with 200 double unders in it and completed every single one. She also managed to do 10 in a row. I don’t know what it was that led to the breakthrough, that just takes time, but I do know what led to the success. It was that “not letting go” part. That commitment is all you really need to attain your goals. Her next goal? Getting up on the board. I’d watch out if I were you.
