No Excuses

“Crap. I forgot my workout clothes!” Have you ever experienced that on a day when you planned to workout? With all the responsibilities of life, missing a workout can be a pretty easy thing… especially when simply getting to the gym takes time and effort. When I used to be in sales, driving around Los Angeles for a living, I actually kept an “emergency” workout bag in my trunk. It was packed with an energy bar, a bottle of water, and a set of clean workout clothes and shoes. I also usually packed my gym bag, but if I forgot, I always had my emergency bag.
