How simple can it be? A diet that has nothing to do with blocks, food lists, percentages, prescriptions, deprivation, or weighing and measuring your food. Rather, the “No S Diet” is based on doing, actually NOT doing three things: having seconds, snacks or sweets. Could it really be this easy.
