The 6 am class will pull your workout from Kenny Kane’s “Tiny Hoppa,”
a collection of 9 workouts specially selected by KK to challenge the
skills you’ve been practicing over the last 9 weeks.

A) 5 rds for quality on the 3:00 of:
5 DL @ 75-77.5%
10 Chin ups

B) AMRAP 11
200m run
10 “8 ct. Sucka Punch Foo” 2 ct: p-tilt, knee drive, knee cross, knee out (from plank)
There is no way around and there is no way back.
Life moves right at you and doesn’t get out of the way.

It doesn’t seem to matter how upset I get about what’s in front of me.
There is no “undo” (or “unsay” or “un-happen”) button.
It doesn’t seem to matter how much I don’t want it
or how much I try to avoid it.

Don’t get me wrong, you can try. It just doesn’t work.
It’s like trying to ride a horse backwards.
You’re going to end up where the horse wants to go anyway,
you’re just going to be really uncomfortable all the way there
and pretty beat up when it’s all over.

It’s always best to ride the horse in the direction it’s going.
It might still take you through stuff you don’t want to go through,
but at least you’ll see it coming and be able to avoid getting hit
in the head with a branch.

There is no way around, there is no way back.
The only way is through.
