What if you were’t trying to improve anything because nothing really needed improving… that it was all already whole and complete, just as it is? What would your time at the gym look like if your workouts were infused with fun, joy, patience, kindness and understanding – for yourself? What would your life look like if health and fitness were simply part of your every-day or every-moment context? Would it look, feel or be different than it is today?
