Inside, he explains the difference between Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids and that while both are essential, we all get plenty of Omega 6 in our diets, and the missing essential fat component for optimum health are Omega 3s. Interesting that even with all the evidence against it, the American Heart Association is still advising people to eat more Omega 6. Dr. Sears recently published this letter in response.
