What’s the best way to get to day 100 of the Burpee Challenge? I’m not really sure, but the phrase “One Day at a Time” comes to mind. Every night, I’m faced with the question, “Do I do my burpees now, or double the number tomorrow?” Each day, the answer, if I wait until tomorrow, gets more painful… last night 53 or today 105? And to think… we’re only half way there…

400m Run
Max reps Pull-ups

– record the number of pull-ups done each round
