Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155/100)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24/20)My friend, Doug, works for Toms Shoes – and if you know anything about their company, you know that for every pair of shoes you purchase, they will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need. Doug sent me the link to their upcoming event “One Day Without Shoes“… I was immediately inspired… A piece from their website… “One Day Without Shoes is the day we take off our shoes to raise awareness of the impact a pair of shoes can have on a child’s life.
