70 Push Ups
60 AbMat Sit Ups
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Ring Dips
20 Goblet walking lunges(24/16)
800m run

50 Double unders
100m Sandbag carry
7 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Burpees
