COMPETITION

CF Games Open WOD 13.1
As many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatches (75/45)
30 Burpees
30 Snatches (135/75)
20 Burpees
30 Snatches (165/100)
10 Burpees
As many Snatches as possible (210/120)

AND COMING FRIDAY
MENTAL TOUGHNESS

For overall time:
5 rounds of:
5 strict pull ups
10 pushups

Followed by
1 Mi Run – perform 50 squats @ halfway point (Princeton & AZ)
2 K Row
1 Mi Run – perform 50 squats @ halfway point (Princeton & AZ)

Followed by:
5 rounds of:
5 strict pull ups
10 pushups

Oh – and a word about making your game plan. DO THE MATH. For me, I want to give myself a chance to make at least one attempt at the 165 pound Snatches. This means I only have to maintain a 10 rep per minute average to get there with 2 minutes to spare… this is S-L-O-W!
