Max Hollow strict C2B pullupsThere is no mastery without repetition. Over and over and over again. And nothing will feel further from mastery than repetition.

When you watch the master, every move looks unique, like it’s being created for the first time in that moment. And it is.

However, that creation of new movement is built on thousands of repetitions of the same basic movements. Over and over and over again.

They are your center, your core. They are your scaffold and without them, you’ll have nothing to stand on. That center gives the master a place to return to. It looks like they never touch it, but it’s because they only pass through it.

Repeat until it looks exactly the same every time. Only then can you begin to make it yours.
