Ping Pong is in the Air

You guys might have noticed the new ping pong table in the Tall Room. Just more summer fun at CFLA, right? Goes along with Pies & Potlucks (see you this Saturday, fyi), and other good, wholesome fun.

Or maybe we’ll run a back-room Ping-Pong brawl – a little like the underground, to-the-death tournament in Balls of Fury. Or not. Probably more like an after-hours, fun, kick-back with just a wee bit of competitive ping pong to raise money for a basketball hoop. THEN IT WILL BE ON!

A) Pushup Play Date
Focus on external rotation

DB Renegade rows (35/20)
*2 Burpee broad jumps

C) FQL, working up across sets
5 Squat cleans + 1 Press

And Coming Monday

A) 5 RFQ on the 4:00
10 Air squats
200m Run
3 Jerks (60%)
–3min Cap each round–

B) FQL, working up across sets
2 9-yd Plate pushes + 2 Front squats
