Plugging In

Are you a Twitterer? How about a regular Facebook status updater? Is it possible to be too plugged in? Does Twitter and status updates in Facebook allow you to be more efficient with your time by communicating en masse and not having to send so many emails? What if these “new” social networking tools could find you the few extra minutes you need each day to improve your flexibility, or prepare meals for the following day? Would it be worth checking out?

With technology, I’ve always been an early adopter – getting the latest and greatest way before anyone else has even heard of the new technology. For some reason, I haven’t done this with social networking… so today, I’m officially a Twitterer – you can find me at I don’t really know what this means yet, or if/how it will help me, but I’m willing to give it a go. After all, that’s how I got started with CrossFit.
