75 Push-upsI just found out tonight that my long-time teacher and mentor, Mona Miller, died in a car crash yesterday night. I haven’t seen her in years, but carry her teaching with me wherever I go. I always thought she’d be there (she’s just a few years older than me)… but no. It wasn’t meant to be.

I thought I’d post this as a reminder… don’t wait. Life is way too short. If you have something to say, say it. Do, do it. Be, be it. Just because someone’s always been there, doesn’t mean they’re going to be there tomorrow. Today is all we’ve got for sure.
