12 front squats
– use 50-55% of your 5RM clean weight)If you’re anything like me, you spend a lot of time looking forward… at your goals and what you want to accomplish. When you do that all the time, there’s very little time left over for looking back, and reflecting on the really great, positive things that have happend in the recent past that have gotten you where you are. We (the CFLA Staff) do this every week by sharing at least three things that we call our “Positive Focus” for the prior week. Here’s your chance… what are some of the things you’re psyched about that have happened over the past week… either to you, by you or around you? I’ve got one… I took a bus ride from Mar Vista to downtown LA yesterday with my 4 1/2 year old son. Awesome time!
