You’ve heard about it, seen it… and probably wondered, “What is this all about?” Powered by Sweet Cheeks Headquarters Nutrition Board was something dreamed up by our very own Alyssa D. & Shirley B. They wanted to share their passion for food, nutrition and cooking with our community because, quite honestly, of it’s importance to your performance. Nutrition is at the foundation of the CrossFit Pyramid – and probably has the most significant impact on your health, fitness and performance than any other area in which we train. The “Powered by Sweet Cheeks HQ Board” will be updated weekly with recipes, nutrition concepts, ingredients, meal suggestions, and nutrition challenges. If you like something you see, don’t forget to grab your camera phone and take a picture of it – since it will disappear after a week. The challenges will be all about food… so check the board, and if you’re up for the challenge, put your name down – see if you can stick with it for the whole week.
