I’m pleased to announce that we have a NEW pull-up bar. You’ll notice when you come into the gym this week, that our pull-up bar is gone… but never fear, it has been moved and expanded upon in our new location – replaced by one more than 3x it’s length, with multiple levels and diameter bars, plus a little surprise! You’ll get to see lots more of it… very soon, but for now, this picture will have to suffice.

9 KB Swings (24 kg-m, 16 kg-w)
10 Burpees
