I’m posting today to publicly acknowledge, appreciate and express my gratitude for my amazing CFLA staff – Jennifer, Jonesy, Becca, Michael and Burch. 5 years ago, when I started Petranek Fitness, all by my lonesome self, I couldn’t even imagine the day that I could take a day off without everything grinding to a halt. More recently, I couldn’t imagine being able to be gone and not have to check-in periodically and keep my eye on things. Well, this time I was gone for 10 days (the longest vacation I’ve ever taken), and though I did take a peak at the website from time-to-time, I did nothing to check-in on the gym, students or my staff. Now it’s currently Sunday night, and I haven’t been in yet to see things… I’m assuming the gym is still there, and we haven’t lost all of our clients (guess I’ll find out in the morning), but assuming that is the case, I want to make sure my staff team knows how valuable they are to me, and to ALL of us… because without them, literally, none of this would be possible! Thanks gang – I appreciate each one of you for your dedication, loyalty, and integrity. You each really do make a difference!

Since when do tall, skinny guys deadlift this kind of weight? Way to go Jeremy!
